Jesus healed people – inside and out. One of the main focuses of Adventure in Missions since its beginning has been providing medical care to the people of Honduras. Our desire has always been to demonstrate compassion through more than just words. As we serve the ‘least of these’, we want people to better understand the grace, love, and hope that Christ offers. For many years, through mobile medical brigades, we were able to meet the physical needs of many individuals. As we settled into El Cacao, our dream was to have a fully staffed, sustainable clinic that could serve the village as well as surrounding communities year round. God knew the desire of AIM’s heart and provided us with property where the dream could become a reality; the Project Hope Clinic was born in August 2009.

In a country where the average family survives on less than $3.00 a day, this has made a huge difference.
The health centre has three consultation rooms, an operating room, dental suite, and a fully-equipped pharmacy.
