The people we serve in Honduras suffer from poverty, disease, injustices and even persecution. Because of sickness and poverty some are unable to work or provide for their families. What reason do they have to hope? Who can save them from the hopeless situation they face? How would their lives change if they knew Jesus?
It is difficult to believe that in our day and age, there are still people groups who have yet to hear about the Good News of Jesus Christ. In fact, an estimated 2.7 billion people around the world have never been presented with the Gospel. That’s 2.7 billion people, nearly two out of every five people, who live each day with no true hope.
We who profess to believe in Him know that He is our one true hope. What about those who have never heard His precious name? Adventure In Missions is committing to sharing the truth of Jesus through our actions and His Word. In whatever way we are serving, will always include sharing the Good News and praying for those we come in contact with.
Children and Youth Ministry

Children are living without food, education, and no love from a mother or father. Youth feel they need to steal and deal and do drugs in order to survive; they are looking for love from whoever will give them affection. We desire to bring new life, opportunity, and purpose to children and youth through revealing to them the knowledge of a Heavenly Father’s love. Through creative ministry, you can be a part of filling the emptiness they feel. Boys and girls clubs teach them the importance of their individual lives to God; dramas, puppet shows, and stories reveal to them God’s truth; games, a hug, or a craft show them God’s love; and youth groups provide a place of safety and an environment to go deeper with God.
Evangelism
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is good news to all who hear it. It brings new life, new hope, and new purpose. But there are so many who have not heard. Jesus’ final words command us to go into the world and preach. We have responded to that call by going to the streets, door-to-door, to churches, and to schools to share this good news that has brought salvation to our own lives. Are you ready to respond to the call as well? Do not be ashamed of the gospel, but rather grasp its power to save and share it with the lost!
Prison Ministry
The Word of God tells us to remember those who are in prison, as though we were in prison with them. He wants to set their hearts free. We have ministered to the women of the La Ceiba City Prison for many years, bringing them God’s word, sharing in their stories, praying with them, and bringing them joy and hope in a disheartened place. In the loneliness of the prison walls, they desire nothing more than to have visitors. Join us in bringing them the freedom only found in Jesus Christ.
