Christian Core Values

The core values we embrace at Adventure In Missions are the lifeblood of our ministry. They are principles to give us direction and standards by which we measure our actions. These Christian values inspire us to live out our faith with conviction and to serve with a passion that reflects the love of Christ.

Christ Likeness

Our commitment to Christlikeness drives us to mirror Jesus in our thoughts, words, and actions, allowing the Holy Spirit to shape our value system and the ministry convictions to align with God's will.

Integrity

We want to pursue authentic Christianity with all we work with and minister to, where the truth is spoken in love.

Scripture

We accept the Bible as God's inspired and infallible Word, and it is the authoritative guide for all of our work.

Servant Leadership

We aim to exercise the ministry authority God has given us with humility, selflessness, grace, and a sincere desire to build up the body of Christ.

Diversity

We are convinced that all who belong to Christ are one in his body, the church. We aim to maintain unity by honouring all who call on the name of Jesus and by seeking reconciliation with all parts of the church. We ask that those who desire to work with us would accept the diversity in the church and willingly love the people to whom they have the privilege of ministering.

Culture Current

We desire that all our forms of ministry are contemporary and able to minister to the various cultures in which we serve. We joyfully celebrate the value and strength of diverse communities and join with them as servants of Jesus that reflect His heart.

Volunteering

Volunteering with AIM is an expression of our Christian values in action. We see the gospel embodied through the selfless giving of time, skill, and heart. Volunteers are a vital part of our mission, showcasing the love of Christ through every act of service, every shared moment, and every life touched by their dedication.

Prayer

We believe that prayer is an essential aspect of any ministry, and invite all ministry partners to pray for our ministries' work. Prayer is involved in everything we do at Adventure In Mission. Communication with our Heavenly Father sustains, guides, and empowers our work.
